In most cases, we are happy to settle on as little or as long notice as desired. We are not like most vendors who are reliant on rental income or beholden to tenancy dates. We can work around you and schedule a time that services your personal circumstances.
Immediate Move In
Barring rare exceptions, we sell all of our properties vacant. So, if you need a place to live, just sign on the line and you can move in!
No Hassle With Renovations
Yes, the instinct is to do the work yourself. Save that money and capitalize on your own blood and sweat. But then again, wouldn’t it be easier if you didn’t have to? NPL Holdings almost always dolls their properties up with new paint and carpet, so they are ready to move in.
No Built-in Commission
90% of our sales are conducted privately.
But we still use salesmen......
Our salespeople are all employees of the company and are paid via direct salary. This means there is no commission built into the asking price.
Think about it this way, even though it is technically up to the vendor to pay their real estate for a property sale, at the end of the day, it is always the buyer covering that cost.
It’s just basic math. Without that dramatic cost, the margins on every deal can be compressed that much more easily in the interest of getting a deal done.
If The Property Isn't Right, We'll Give You Other Options
Here at NPL Holdings, we see any buyer who comes to us as new client of the company.
We are appreciate that every person who comes to us has their own unique set of buying criteria. If the initial peice of property we offer you does not tick all of your boxes, we will not continue beating that horse.
We have a completely separate department in charge of sourcing stock. Therefore, if we know you’re looking for a certain type of property that we don’t currently have on our sale list, we will pass on that info to the acquisitions team, pool our resources and find you that property.
To The Point Advice
If that property doesn’t exist, we will tell you right away. Educating yourself to the market you are buying in is a step every purchaser must go through.
If your expectations are maligned, we will have no problem telling you so.
At NPL we see no gain in pumping up your expectations around what you can get for your money. After all, we don’t want your ideas around to be blurred when we try to sell you that perfect property (who said all of these were going to be entirely altruistic?!)
The Private Sale and Why We Operate This Way
NPL Holdings is in the business of selling property. That's our passion and therefore we aim to do as much of it as we can! We do not work on a high-margin business model and are happy to forego those ‘premium rates’ in the interest of getting more deals done.
For us, it is all about the volume.
We aim to transact as many deals as we can, offering good value to our clients with the knowledge that they will come back to us again down the line. In the long run, more deals mean more profit.
Which really comes back to that client-based philosophy.
We do not see our buyers as mere commodities to be used and forgotten. We understand that it takes five times the effort to attract a new client than to keep an existing one. For this reason, we spend that extra bit of time, take that extra bit of effort and expend that extra bit of energy to provide a more personal experience than what you would receive from the big four real estate firms.

This philosophy is engrained into the psyche of our salesmen from day one training and only when they’ve demonstrated a clear demonstration of those values do we teach them the more conventional mechanics of the job.
